Craft and Gather was founded by Mackenzie, built on a lifelong passion for creativity, community, and meaningful connection. Having explored crafting from a young age, Mackenzie has always been curious and eager to learn—wearing many hats across different creative mediums, from sewing and textiles to DIY projects and design. As a new mom, she has also developed an even deeper appreciation for spaces that foster connection, creativity, and balance.

What began as a simple love of making naturally grew into a vision for a welcoming studio where people of all ages and experience levels could come together to create, learn, and feel inspired. This curiosity and desire to explore all types of crafting is what led to the creation of Craft and Gather—a space designed to give everyone access to a wide range of creative experiences.

We believe creativity should be accessible, social, and enjoyable—not intimidating or expensive.
